Shipping delays due to Canada Post strike

Hi everyone!

As many of you may already know, Canada Post has gone on an indefinite strike. We were told that it would be a rotating strike and that we would still be able to have orders shipped out, but last minute, it was decided that everyone would go on strike - which means that we cannot send out orders like we regularly do and therefore has caused delays in shipping.

Unfortunately, there has been no update and the strike is still in place - we still have no timeline for when Canada Post will resume shipping.

We are working on shipping out orders using a different postal service but we are navigating a with a different system and still trying to figure out the best way to do it. Ultimately we do not want to raise shipping prices for our clients, and have been working on proceeding with a different carrier that will offer us similar prices. We will be doing our best to send regular email updates and also post them on our social platforms.

All of this means that we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped out and arrive to you in time for Christmas. But please rest assured that, no matter how long it takes, we will make sure your order gets to you as soon as we can.

Once again, we support everyone at Canada Post who is striking and we are hoping for a favourable outcome for all.
We hope it will not go on for too long, and that you will be able to receive your order soon, but there is nothing we can do but wait for a decision.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor the situation and we will let you know as soon as your package resumes its transit.
