TURN-AROUND TIMES:

*Please note all embroidered items are made in house, please read the product listing for a approximate turnaround time!*

We aim to have your order shipped within 14 business days! If you have any questions or concerns with your order, or you would like your order held, please email us!

*Please note that "Pre-order" items will have different turnaround times than this, which will be indicated in the product listing description!*

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Here you will find a complete list of shipment location options for Enchanted Oddities. We only offer Tracked shipment to ensure the safety of your order, if you wish to receive untracked shipment please contact us at enchantedodditiesca@gmail.com

 

PLEASE NOTE; We are not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.

Keep in mind customers outside of Canada may have to pay custom fees.

RETURN POLICIES:

Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 14 days of the shipment date. If items are not in the condition that they were sent out in (items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. If an item is the wrong size, we cannot offer a return for that product. We include a full size chart in each listing to ensure the customer selecting the correct size.

If your item only arrives after 14 days and you are wishing to request a refund, or wishing to receive more information on refunds please email contact@enchantedoddities.ca .

 

Please note; any refunds submitted directly through PayPal may have a fee associated with it. This is PayPal's policy, and we have no control over it. We are not responsible for PayPal charging fees for money received.
