If items are not in the condition that they were sent out in (items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. If the wrong size was purchased, we unfortunately cannot offer a return/refund.

We include a full size chart in each listing to ensure the customer selecting the correct size.
